The 13th Pangborn Sensory Science Symposium- Engage with the Future  was organized in Edinburgh between 28th of July and 01st of August.

Specific workshop session was dedicated for Sensing Future Packaging, which introduced how sustainable packagings are seen by consumers and highlighted the importance of sensory and consumer testing of these new products.

Sensory testing is becomes more important when edible packaging are being developed! But think about the amount of plastic waste that you can avoid! The product that could be tasted on the symposium at Haystack’ stand stands provides and alternative of plastic  bottles in running events.
