NoAW partners visited Far Eastern New Century Corporation (FENC) in Taoyuan, Taiwan, who is one of the five KESP member of the Asian mirror platform.

Dr Fanny Liao explained their main activities and explained the challenges and advances in producing new, biobased materials, such as fibers and packaging materials. The company tour provided very interesting insight who they integrate research resources and core specialties of related domestic industries in order to develop bio-based raw material for PET.
